STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN DI SDN 077 SEJAHTERA KOTA BANDUNG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan kompetensi guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SDN 077 Sejahtera Kota Bandung. Latar belakang penelitian adalah masih ditemukannya guru dengan tingkat kompetensi sedang berdasarkan hasil uji kompetensi dan rapor pendidikan tahun 2023. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen, dengan partisipan 10 guru dari berbagai jenjang kelas, kepala sekolah, serta perwakilan Dinas Pendidikan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan pendekatan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi guru di sekolah ini dilaksanakan melalui model pembelajaran dan pengembangan 70:20:10, dengan 70% pengalaman langsung di kelas, 20% kolaborasi dan mentoring, serta 10% pelatihan formal berbasis digital. Hasil uji kompetensi guru memperlihatkan mayoritas guru berada pada kategori sedang, dengan distribusi nilai dominan pada rentang 45–55. Faktor pendukung pengembangan kompetensi antara lain pengalaman mengajar, kolaborasi KKG, dan dukungan kepemimpinan sekolah, sementara hambatannya meliputi keterbatasan waktu, dana, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Kesimpulannya, strategi pengembangan kompetensi berbasis model pembelajaran dan pengembangan 70:20:10 yang diperkuat dengan kolaborasi eksternal menjadi alternatif efektif, namun perlu perbaikan pada aspek pedagogik dan profesionalisme agar berdampak signifikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran.
